How to change rear wiper blade on Infiniti fx35?

If you go to Auto Zone they can help you to fix it. Is depending how the manufacturer designed, some has tabs some is like bayonet stile with a pin that you push in. The way they are installed are pretty common for any car now days. If not, take it to the dealer, if you can afford it.|||Here%26#039;s a thread that will answer your FX35 question. I have replaced my rear wiper a couple times.

|||dealer would be the best bet, i know those little rear wipers on some cars are a pain to try to get off and on. i dont know about infiniti but all you might need is a little wiper insert to get replaced not the whole blade. i say its up to you where you want to get the blade or insert for it but go to the dealer to get it put on, they know what they are doing, most likely they will have a oil changer come out and put it on for you, oil changers do wiper blade/ inserts all the time especially when winter hits.

How do you change the wiper blades on 2000 Corolla?

The manual doesn%26#039;t say and the illustrations on the wiper blade package are unclear. I%26#039;ve been able to do it on every other car I%26#039;ve ever had or driven, but they were also all American-made. This little rice-burner is Mom%26#039;s.|||If you have a hooked end on your arm you will notice that the blade has a rounded end where it connects. slide the arm end through the opening and push the blade into that end and it will snap into place. toyota trucks have a plate that the blade attaches to with 2-3 screws you may have this type too. but allways take a sample into the store to match because you may have gotten the wrong ones.|||go back to parts store, ask the guy to show you, I%26#039;ve had trouble too ! if you bought them at walmart go to the part store anyway these people are a big help , you might have bought the wrong pair,

Changing wiper baldes on renault Clio 1997?

Hi,

Is there anyone out there who can tell me how to get the old wiper blades off my 1997 renault clio and how to get the new ones on.

I thought it would be pretty straight forward, however, I%26#039;ve been unable to do it.

Thank you all|||Yes, but the mechanism may be tight with traffic film. If it makes it any easier take the arm off the spindle so you can manoevre the whole set up more easily.

I%26#039;ve yet to figure out how to fit those new floppy blades.|||Where the blade clicks into the arm there should be a little tang that holds the wiper on to the arm. pull down on the tang and pull the blade off the hook.|||Lift the wiper arm off the window and turn the wiper blade at 90 degrees to it,some have a little clip that you press, but it should just slide off as you press down.Hope this helps

How to change wiper blades from Dodge Caravan se?

having trouble taking off blade from my 2007 Dodge Caravan, has like a hook around middle of blade do not know what to do?|||The best thing to do is go to a place like auto zone, advanced auto parts, pepboys, because we cannot show you this way, nor explain perfectly.

Honda fit 08 wiper blade change?

I%26#039;m having a little trouble figuring out how to change the wiper blades on my honda fit 08... anyone have any vids?|||the place who sold them to you should help you...

How ever they should slide out and the new one will slide in, make sure the width of the wipe base is the same.

At the end they should have a secure clip to avoid them of falling out the arm. good luck mate.

p.s they could be tricky sometimes :)

I found this link useful try it ... you could see how it works.|||Take it to pepboys, or ask your neighbor

Changing wiper blades fiat panda?

i have looked at several how to videos on how to do this, and i have read my instruction manual, but i cannot get my blades off. I really don%26#039;t want to be a stereotypical female driver, and have to pay someone to do it. can anyone hepl me?|||If it the wiper arm has a hooked fitting on its end n shaped,Then lift the arm off the windscreen and point the blade at right angles to the arm and push the blade out of the open end, there is a little lug on the blade that locks into the arm that you can push in with a screw driver if it,s tight and then push at the same time .Refitting is a reversal of removal and the lug snaps in when in the proper location--they can be tight to come off if on there a long time|||if you but them at advance or auto zone they change them for nothing|||If you purchase your wipers from Autozone they will replace them for free.|||the package has how to do it its not that hard and most parts store wil do it if you ask them wipe blades pretty much same on every car|||If you buy the new ones at most garages then they will change them for you, as they would for any male driver. Men don%26#039;t like getting their hands dirty any more than women do after all.

If you really want to learn how to do this yourself then watch the person who does it this time and it will help make your instruction manual make sense to you.|||some have buttons to puse some have slides but even for me thay are adgravating an i change many of them an thay all are paines .so dont get worked up let the guys at advance or autozone get work up for you haha.|||Come round to my house i will change them for you.

Is a $35 wiper blade change (both front wipers) practical?

I recently had my wipers (both) changed last time due to the winter season. I was charged by CarMax $35 for it - $20 for the labor and $15 for the parts (2 wipers). Is this a reasonable charge given that I cannot fix my wipers by myself and my wipers were somewhat in bad condition actually? Thanks!|||I don%26#039;t really think it is excessive. The liability issue here is pretty high. Loosing your grip on the wiper arm can cause a cracked windshield. Also, not getting the blades installed just right can cause problems from scratched windshields to dented fenders or hoods. Those companies which do the work for free (Autozone, Advance etc) give no warranty, receipt or any such. You would have to sue for sure if damage resulted. So you make your decision, do it yourself, take your chances with the %26quot;A%26quot; boys, or pay a good mechanic for his time and expenses.|||No. $20 labor to change wiper blades is excessive, especially considering they likely did not use orignal equipment.|||You got robbed man. Pepboys installs it for free. $20 for labor? It takes like 2 min and 15 sec to install it. You should have done it yourself man.|||Why not pay $15 for the new blades, and just change them yourself??? It takes 2 minutes... In fact, a lot of places, someone will be happy to show you how to install them...|||autozone or advance instales them free|||DEPENDING ON YOUR MAKE OF VEHICLE, 20 LABOR IS CHEAP CONSIDERING MOST MECHANICS CHARGE MIN. 1 HR|||I guess it%26#039;s reasonable. Wiper blades vary in quality quite a bit. I have always had best luck buying replacements from the auto parts store and replacing them myself. It%26#039;s cheaper, and the blades tend to be a bit nicer than the ones the quick lube shops sell.

You can replace them yourself. It takes literaly 2 minutes, maybee 5 minutes the first time you do it.|||They are pretty easy to do yourself so buy a pair and it make take you 5minutes tops.|||It takes about 30 seconds to change, but places like carmax probably have a 20 dollar minimum just to mess with it.|||You got screwed. The price for the parts was reasonable if they were name brand wipers, but most auto parts stores will install them for free. Wal-Mart charges to install them, but not nearly that much. Next time, go to Autozone or Advance.|||Well you can go to place%26#039;s like advanced auto parts and they do it for free as well as other places,|||Wipers are soooo easy to change. You really should learn how and save beer tokens.
