How do I change the wiper blades on my 1987 Honda Accord?

If you have the hook type mount for your wipers....underneath the wiper..where the mount is...there%26#039;s a little tab that needs to be pressed...as you%26#039;re pressing that tab...pull the wiper toward the open end of the hook and it should just come off...then mount the new blade by lining up the hook with the mount on the blade and pull the blade tight til you hear the little %26quot;click%26quot;....that should be it.|||Go the parts store, purchase them and ask the guy at the counter to do it for you...so much easier that way and if they break it, you get a new one at their expense...|||I dont know. but I always ask the place that I buy them from to help me put them on. They always do help out.|||If you go to Wal-mart, they have a little machine in the wiper blades section... you select the make, model, and year of your car, and they tell you what length of wiper blades to get (18%26quot;, 22%26quot;, etc.) It should be fairly self-explanatory from that point on how to change them... the package should give you a step-by-step diagram.

If you really have no faith in your ability to read and follow directions, go to an auto parts store and ask one of their employees to help you out. The blades will cost more to buy at a specialty store, but you can usually make one of their employees go out and change them for you.|||go to any auto parts store and ask someone who works there to change it for you your when your buying the blades.
